Long-Term Strategic Planning

Long-term strategic planning is paramount to the success of any organization.

The process includes working with our experienced business and marketing expert, Jennifer Kranz, who will take your primary goals and objectives into consideration to insure the formulation of a simple, "long view" look at the next two years to insure that your proper business milestones are in place.

This package includes:

  • One hour of "intake" conversation to understand your specific business issues and goals
  • Follow-up discussions to ensure you are on your way
  • A minimum of ten hours spent with you and your team


Jennifer has over two decades of marketing, strategy and production experience in the entertainment industry. She has held executive positions at AMC Networks, Lifetime Television Networks, NBC Universal and Time Warner. Aside from her work with Parity Productions, Jennifer has worked in both board and advisory capacities to several not-for-profit theater companies and has been a producer Off-Broadway. Her areas of expertise include long-range strategic planning, building brands and maintaining category leadership, traditional and digital promotion, media planning and negotiation, affinity targeting and social media strategy.

Jennifer also has an M.A. in Entertainment Marketing from New York University. She has been a guest lecturer several times within the Entertainment, Marketing and Technology program at NYU’s Stern School of Business. (Lectures include: “Producing for Marketing Departments” and “Leading Teams in Marketing”). She has won Cannes, One Club, Effie, PROMAX, and Emmy awards, and is a Betsy Magness Leadership Institute Fellow.
